Process Serving

At 10-8 Investigative Services, our ex/retired police private investigators can serve your court-related documents efficiently and quickly.  We serve all types of court-related actions including:

• Civil Court 
• Family Court
• Small Claims Court
• or any other type of document service that requirespersonal service and tracking

We also specialize in the "evasive" type of targets that refuse to be served. Can't find your target? We also provide skip tracing services in locating targets who have moved or are in hiding.

Our pricing is the following:

• We charge $0.59 (CRA Rate) from our head office to the target's address and back.
• Upon successful service, we charge $100.00 + HST.

We only charge mileage for multiple attempts.  

We will also commission the Affidavit of Service and mail the original copy at no extra cost.  If an affidavit is required for substituted service, we can provide this with an extra fee.  Please contact us directly for this service.

If you are interested in this type of service, there are several mandatory items we will require from you before commencing any processing serving services including:

• Signing a retainer agreement.
• Providing us your identification.
• Providing us a copy of the court action, judgment, court/tribunal order, or any other court-related item.
